This also means that not all content will be available right away, but will be added throughout the development cycle until Ravenfield hits version 1.0. The first Steam version will contain the following: 4 Maps Island - Mid range combat on hilly terrain Dustbowl - Long range desert combat (significantly reworked from free version) Frozen Temple - Mid and close quarters combat in a blizzard Archipelago - Work in progress map focused on naval combat More maps will be added throughout development 3 Game modes Point Match - Hold flags and kill enemies to score, beat your enemys score to win. Spec Ops - Take out an enemy outpost with only one friendly squad. No respawning More modes will be added throughout development Other stuff includes New vehicles (including planes) A bunch of new guns Emplaced machine guns and anti-air turrets Improved menu featuring graphics options and fully rebindable controls I have also made significant improvements to AI. They will now coordinate attacks and defenses of flags, to make sure no flag is left unchallenged. Release Information While Im happy with the games content for an early access release, I still need to finish up some administrative things before releasing it. Please see the roadmap below Campaign Mode The campaign mode pits two teams against each other in a war spanning several maps. On top of fighting individual battles on the ground, the player will also control army movements from their control room. Ravenfield Upgrade Their RespectiveThe teams strive to capture maps and their resources in order to mobilize and upgrade their respective armies. Ensure your victory by capturing the other teams headquarters The campaign mode will also be compatible with custom levels.
